How to add a custom device from MQTT into Home Assistant.

Maybe it couldn´t be interesting for all on internet but i´ll write this guide to know how can i add new custom device to home assistant. This it could be interesting for new devices like python scripts, lora devices on MQTT, Arduino… Something to be into mqtt broker.
